    Cost: $39.00

    The California Dept. of Real Estate accredited this course, which provides an overview of the California foreclosure process and an overview of how agents can work with Asset Management companies.

    CE Credit: 2 hours

    The Final Exam: The on-line final is made up of 10 questions (multiple choice & T/F). To pass a grade of 70% or better is needed. You have 10 minutes to take the final.

    Proxy Final: If desired and at the cost of the test taker, a monitored final can be taken at an adult learning center.

    Prerequisite: None

    Refund Policy: A refund will not be granted once you begin taking the course.
